Beautiful buildings and location. We stayed in the coach house which was clean and spacious. There was a nice wood burning stove for cosiness and the rooms were clean with great views. The place is full of history and the main house is well worth a visit.Big shout out to the manager Cherry who looked after us above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and she filled us in about the history of the house and grounds. She is a great asset to the place.If you are looking a relaxing, old school, self catering holiday give Belle Isle a visit. You won't be dissapointed.

We booked one of the courtyard apartments for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend. What a beautiful location! The apartment was absolutely spotless and very tidy. We were surprised at just how spacious it was. The photos online don’t do it justice. It’s a very quiet part of Fermanagh so make sure you bring everything you need to make the most of self-catering (the nearest shops are a short drive away). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It was brilliant. Thanks Belle Isle for everything!

Possibly the most beautiful location of a hotel / cottage I've ever stayed at. This was the most comfortable, "feels like home" place we stayed in Northern Ireland and just getting back to our cottage each night refreshed our minds and our hearts. My only feedback would be get better beds. When everything here is 10/10, having squeaky, uncomfortable beds could really turn others away or give negative reviews. Since there were 100 things I thought were amazing though, I couldn't remove a star myself. Beautiful, warm, lovely stay.

We returned to Belle Isle after 10 years for a weekend and we can't understand why we left it so long. The setting is beautiful, the houses very comfortable and lots of space, very warm and very comfortable beds. Just walking around the estate is beautiful and great place to just switch off and rewind. Beautiful setting to get married at, as we did 10 years ago.we were able to have a look through the main house again and it is beautiful.The staff are excellent with first class customer service and welcoming. We had our wedding in Belle Isle on 25th March 2023. We had booked to stay there for a few days leading up the event andwe were primarily looked after by the manager Cherry. Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The rooms in the castle and cottages are all beautiful and the views from the rooms and the overall scenary around the castle is stunning.In the months between booking the venue and the big day, all the staff at Belle Isle were so easy to work with and keen to make sure our big day went smoothly. Cherry was even there for most of the day (a Saturday I'd like to add) to oversee proceedings and her attention to detail is unparalleled.We can't thank them enough and encourage everyone to consider Belle Isle for their wedding venue

The lodges and the Walled Garden accommodation were of the highest standard, spotlessly clean and the site itself was very tidy and a very relaxing weekend was had by all. hope the Bistro gets opened again as that would have taken the experience to yet another level. Excellent facility. Thank you

Nice warm Coachhouse. Clean, well equipped although a microwave would have been handy. Only disturbance was the event at the castle that extended into early Sunday morning. Throbbing base from the amplifiers can still reach the coachhouse. Bearable though.Thanks.David and Helen

Belle Isle castle estate is such an idyllic tranquil place to stay. My accommodation was the one bedroom ‘Ash’ self-catering cottage. Has everything you need for a stayover. The wood burning stove in the lounge area adds to the overall ambiance. Highly recommended.

Our family of 15 adults and 2 children stayed for 2 nights to celebrate mums 80th birthday and we all had an amazing time. The cottages were very clean and spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The Castle and grounds are beautiful. Emma was great and answered any queries before arriving and during our stay. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Coach House 1 for a few days during a cold spell in January with our dogs Kara & Bonnie.The staff are friendly and very welcoming and the accommodation is beautiful, lovely period properties with beautiful homely features.Even though the temperature outside was below freezing we were kept warm by the central heating and log burner with a daily supply of logs. Couldn't fault anything about our stay, Belle Isle is a stunning venue.

We stayed in Cathcart in January for a week. It was extremely cold but the house was very warm and there was lots of logs for the fire. The house was very clean and bedrooms very comfortable. The wicker sofa and chairs are not very cosy / comfortable particularly in the Winter months as we were sitting in every evening.I requested extra bed linen for an unexpected guest and house keeping called promptly with it and enquired if we needed anything else.When we arrived on Saturday ( reception was closed) the information booklet was quite out of date and stated we had no wifi, only near the castle. I queried it on Monday am at reception and a staff member promptly called and it had just been switched off in error. The booklet also stated the logs were in a bunker beside reception but they were in a shed at the back of the house.Overall we had a lovely week, our dogs loved the place, the scenery is spectacular and the staff addressed our queries very promptly.Only suggestion is to update the information booklet regarding the wifi and the logs.

My friend and I and my little dog spent three midweek nights in January at Belle Isle cottages. We were delighted with the cottage and its facilities, decor and cleanliness. The weather was inclement to say the least but, suitably clad, we went for lovely walks on the estate and day trips to Belleek, Crom castle and Enniskillen. We came prepared with cooked casserole and all groceries so no need for restaurants, which can’t be found in the vicinity. The log stove was wonderful and wine can be purchased at reception! Staff are exceptionally welcoming, efficient and facilitated any requests we had e.g more firelighters!This is a real find and we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Belle Isle over Christmas. Our courtyard apartment was cosy, comfortable and warm with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The walks and grounds were very scenic and great for walking the dog. We had a very relaxing time and will defnitely be back.
