We really don’t appreciate what is on our door step here in Fermanagh, that is until someone else tells us how great we are.  That is exactly what happened last week with castle guests staying at Belle Isle.  They had a full multi day itinerary, travelling the length and breath of Northern Ireland visiting our iconic tourist attractions.  All made a great impression, however the Enniskillen Taste Tour stole the show and made our guests get a fabulous insight into our wonderful Fermanagh food scene.
