We stayed at Belle Isle for our wedding in September 2023. Our whole experience was magnificent. The venue itself was just gorgeous, and Emma was the most fantastic event planner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We enjoyed our stay there immensely.

We brought our rescue dog to the walled garden cottage as it was secure! We had an amazing time, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the location was just amazing!! Thanks again!

Third time staying at Belle Isle...so relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Bridge Cottage could do with better showers but apart from that it was just perfect!

We booked Belle Isle for our wedding in June 2023 and it was honestly one of the easiest decisions we made, they were amazing to work with from start to finish. Not only was the venue and the day itself beautiful and stress free (due to our amazing coordinator Cherry) our guests had a wonderful stay in the rooms and surrounding cottages. They also gave a list of amazing vendors which were also a dream to work with.

We had our wedding at Belle Isle in July. The castle was beautifully presented and Emma coordinated with the caterers, florists, the photographer and the registrar to make our day special and relaxed. This is a unique and elegant setting with lots of character and charm.

Fantastic accomodation, beautiful location, helpful and friendly staff! Cottages so spacious, lovely quiet location, great facilities for a break away either as a couple or a large group. Kids loved the playpark area and freedom to run around and explore, water was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding, and thankfully the weather was kind to allow us to make use of the BBQs and dine outdoors! 10/10.... could not fault it!

If I were to imagine my dream wedding this would have surpassed those thoughts. Living in the United States, I thought that it would be too complicated to have our wedding at Belle Isle but I used vendors from the preferred list provided and the whole stay was exceptional. Even when a goose took the whole power grid out the morning of the wedding, Emma was quick to get the power company online and keep us informed. Everything was just perfect.

We had a fabulous four nights at Ash Cottage and our 13 year old fur babies enjoyed it even more. The cottage was very well equipped and we look forward to returning in January to make use of the wood burning stove. The staff were excellent particularily Emma who went out of her way to help. we look forward to returning.

My husband,kids and I recently attended a wedding at Belle Isle. We stayed in one of the Courtyard cottages and cannot find fault with a thing! Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The wedding was so relaxed and Emma was attentive and so friendly to everyone. Hope to visit again soon. Thank for a great visit!

The cottage was perfect. We had so much space for 4 people and loved the kitchen for making meals. The cows right outside the cottage added to the ambiance. Cherry, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Loved every moment.

Absolutely stunning scenery from the castle itself down to the lake. We attended for a wedding and were in the courtyard rooms behind the castle which were comfortable and well decorated. Only downside was the heat at night as the windows were small, most of the year I imagine this isn't an issue!Great breakfast in the banqueting hall and very friendly and attentive staff. We loved our weekend here.

Beautiful buildings and location. We stayed in the coach house which was clean and spacious. There was a nice wood burning stove for cosiness and the rooms were clean with great views. The place is full of history and the main house is well worth a visit.Big shout out to the manager Cherry who looked after us above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and she filled us in about the history of the house and grounds. She is a great asset to the place.If you are looking a relaxing, old school, self catering holiday give Belle Isle a visit. You won't be dissapointed.

We booked one of the courtyard apartments for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend. What a beautiful location! The apartment was absolutely spotless and very tidy. We were surprised at just how spacious it was. The photos online don’t do it justice. It’s a very quiet part of Fermanagh so make sure you bring everything you need to make the most of self-catering (the nearest shops are a short drive away). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It was brilliant. Thanks Belle Isle for everything!

Possibly the most beautiful location of a hotel / cottage I've ever stayed at. This was the most comfortable, "feels like home" place we stayed in Northern Ireland and just getting back to our cottage each night refreshed our minds and our hearts. My only feedback would be get better beds. When everything here is 10/10, having squeaky, uncomfortable beds could really turn others away or give negative reviews. Since there were 100 things I thought were amazing though, I couldn't remove a star myself. Beautiful, warm, lovely stay.
