Snowdrops, New Pine and the Smell of Home Cooking

Snowdrops on the island

Although it’s just the beginning of January, we’ve had an early display of snowdrops on the lawn in front of the Castle. The delicate white flowers transform woodland floors in early spring and are the first signs of life after the winter months.
