Aife McManus leads the team and completed a children’s cookery course at the Belle Isle School of Cookery when she was ten years old. She studied Culinary Arts Management at the Ulster University in Belfast and learned from renowned pastry chef Martin Devaney and Paris-trained French chef Bruno Etienne. Recently returned from two years working in hospitality in New York City Aife looks forward to serving delicious food to our guests in the Castle’s beautiful grand rooms.
Lorna McGoldrick first started working for John Roche of the renowned and highly thought of Tully Mill restaurant in Florence Court in 2013 working her way up to head chef in 2016 after completing her culinary training in the South West College. She has been an invaluable member of the team at Tully Mill ever since. Lorna is delighted to be given the opportunity to showcase her skills at Belle Isle Castle.
